14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) when you buy online. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, it starts on the day you receive the last one.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@cvjoint24.com before the period expires. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

When we have guaranteed the right part

If we have guaranteed that a part fits your car and it still does not fit, we pay both the delivery and the return shipping and refund the full amount if we cannot help you with another item.

Return shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you pay the cost of returning the goods. Contact us before sending, and we will give you the return address in Helsingborg, Sweden, and advise you on the most affordable way to send the parcel.

The goods must be sent as a tracked shipment and packed well so that they are not damaged in transit.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the cost of the original standard delivery no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Condition of the goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the goods have been fitted, greased, soiled or otherwise handled more than necessary, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.

If parts are missing from the return, we may deduct the value of the missing parts.

Parcels that are not collected

A parcel that is not collected from the service point is returned to us. This does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. Please contact us so that we can agree on how to proceed with your order.
