Shipping and delivery

From our warehouse in Sweden to 24 EU countries

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden. In-stock parts ordered before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same working day. We deliver to the following EU countries:

Customers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland are served by our local shops. We do not currently deliver outside the EU.

Shipping costs, prices and VAT

Shipping costs depend on your delivery country and the delivery option you choose. The shipping cost for your order is calculated and shown clearly in the basket and in the checkout before you pay, and you never pay more for shipping than the amount shown there.

All prices are in euros (EUR). Prices include the VAT of your delivery country; they are shown with German VAT until you enter your address. The final price, including your country’s VAT and shipping, is shown in the checkout before you pay.

Because we ship from within the EU, there are no customs duties or import charges on delivery.

Delivery to a service point

The easiest way to receive your parts. You choose a service point (pickup point) near you in the basket based on your postcode, and you are notified when your parcel is ready to collect.

Home delivery

You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to your door. Delivery takes place in accordance with the carrier’s terms.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by country and delivery option. Parts that are not in stock have a longer lead time, which is shown on the product page.

Businesses

We do not yet offer separate business delivery on CVJoint24. If you are buying for a company or workshop, you are welcome to contact us.

Collection

Orders from CVJoint24 cannot be collected from our warehouse. All orders are shipped by carrier.
