The CVJoint24 terms and conditions of sale

Terms and conditions

1. General and seller

These terms and conditions apply when you shop in the CVJoint24 online shop at cvjoint24.com. The shop is run by the Swedish limited company Drivledens Bildelar AB, which is the seller and your contracting party.

These terms are supplemented by the information on the Payment methods, Shipping and delivery, Returns and refunds, Warranty and legal guarantee, and Privacy policy pages.

2. Orders and contract

You place an order by completing your purchase in the checkout. Once your payment has been approved, you receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details are correct and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

In-stock goods are sold while stocks last. If we cannot deliver an item you have ordered, we will contact you, and if you have already paid, we will refund the price of the item.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we can usually stop it.

Persons under 18 may only shop with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). Prices include the VAT of your delivery country; they are shown with German VAT until you enter your address. The final price, including your country’s VAT and shipping, is shown in the checkout before you pay.

Deliveries within the EU are free of customs duties. The shipping cost depends on your delivery country and is shown in the basket and in the checkout before you pay.

4. Payment

You pay in a secure checkout provided by Klarna. You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) or with the Klarna payment options offered for your order. Any Klarna fees and terms are shown before you confirm your purchase.

The payment methods shown in the checkout are the ones we accept. We do not offer invoice as a separate payment method.

You are charged in euros. Your card details are handled by our payment partner and are never stored by CVJoint24. Read more on the Payment methods page.

5. Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden, and delivered to a service point or to your door in the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. In-stock parts ordered before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same working day, while stocks last.

The shipping cost and the delivery options available for your order are shown in the basket before you pay. Delivery times vary by country, and goods that are not in stock have a longer lead time, which is shown on the product page. Read more on the Shipping and delivery page.

Orders cannot be collected from our warehouse.

The risk for the goods passes to you when you have received them.

A parcel that is not collected from the service point is returned to us. This does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal; please contact us so that we can agree on how to proceed.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). The period starts on the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, it starts on the day you receive the last one.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@cvjoint24.com before the period expires. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping. Contact us before sending, and we will give you the return address. The goods must be sent as a tracked shipment and packed well.

We refund the purchase price and the cost of the original standard delivery no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the goods have been fitted, greased, soiled or otherwise handled more than necessary, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

If we have guaranteed that a part fits your car and it still does not fit, we pay both the delivery and the return shipping and refund the full amount if we cannot help you with another item. Read more on the Returns and refunds page.

7. Legal guarantee and warranty

As a consumer you have a legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/771). We are responsible for any fault that existed when you received the goods and that becomes apparent within at least two years of delivery.

If a fault becomes apparent within at least the first year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise; where the applicable law gives you a longer period, that period applies. Please tell us about the fault as soon as possible after you discover it – notifying us within two months of discovering it is always in time.

In addition to the legal guarantee, we provide a warranty according to the terms stated for each product. The warranty is an extra benefit and never limits your rights under the legal guarantee.

Contact us before doing anything else so that we can avoid consequential damage and assess the fault correctly. The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, incorrect fitting or incorrect use. Read more on the Warranty and legal guarantee page.

8. The right part for your car

By choosing your car’s make, model and engine, you find parts that fit your car. Where possible, we check that the part fits before anything is dispatched.

You are responsible for making sure that the details of your car are correct and for checking that the part fits your car before fitting it.

Parts for cars with self-levelling suspension, sports suspension or lowered suspension only fit if the product is expressly stated to fit these specifications.

9. Business customers

We do not yet offer a separate business checkout on CVJoint24. If you are buying for a company or workshop, you are welcome to contact us.

The right of withdrawal and the consumer rules on the legal guarantee do not apply when you buy as a business. Business customers are subject to these terms, the terms on the Warranty and legal guarantee page and otherwise Swedish law.

10. Personal data

Drivledens Bildelar AB is the controller of the data you give us when you shop with us. We use the data to complete your purchase, including payment, delivery, returns and warranty claims. Klarna handles payment, and our carrier handles transport.

Read more about how we process and protect your data in our privacy policy.

11. Images and content

Images and text in the online shop may not be copied or published without permission from CVJoint24.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@cvjoint24.com – we can usually find a solution together.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you as a consumer may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se), which accepts complaints in English from consumers in other EU countries, or contact your national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in your country.

13. Governing law and changes

CVJoint24 is run by a Swedish company, and Swedish law applies to the contract. As a consumer, however, you never lose the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the EU country where you live.

We may update these terms. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force when you placed your order.
